Preparations
Here are some tips to make the packing easier for you.
- Clear a work area to pack on, preferable at a comfortable height so you’re not straining your back.
- Separate breakables and non-breakables.
- Clearly mark “Fragile” on the outside of cartons.
- Use professional packing tape. Masking tape isn’t strong enough to support fully packed cartons.
- Pack all cartons tightly.
- Plan what items will needed first when you arrive at your new house
- Never pack flammable and non-allowable items.
