I am writing to thank you and you team for the manner in which you conducted our move.
The team from Carnall were punctual, courteous and very skilled. The team consisted of Gary and Grant who packed up on the Thursday, David brought another truck to assist on Friday and we were then greeted by Kaz, Kevin and Mitchell to assist unloading at Friday lunch.
We were so impressed with the team and the way Gary worked that we couldn't help but write a recommendation for them. They fulfilled all of our expectations and were upbeat if we ever asked them to move furniture that I had decided was in the wrong room. When they left they individually made sure we didn't need anything more done.
I appreciate the high calibre of staff you are using as contractors. We were very stressed leading up to the move due to administrative incompetence from the army and were relieved to have an easy move at the end of it all. Thank you again,
