Dear Mr Carnall
In November 2005 a team from Carnall removals moved a library from one location to another with a few kilometres away. Moving a library is a highly complex process because of the rigid filing order of many hundred (or indeed thousands) of items of all types and sizes – prints, audiovisual, digital, etc.
The team which was sent into the move was noteworthy for the following characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick understanding
- Willingness to check continually that the process was on course
- High degree of organisation and efficiency
- Courtesy
- Cooperativeness
- Punctuality and reliability
- Harmonious relations among themselves
These combine to make what was a complex and stressful task into a pleasurable and satisfying experience. The top it all off, the job was completed well within the time allocated.
