It’s a throwaway line I know that, “companies are as lord of the people who work with them”, and in most cases that’s true. It’s certainly true in your case, and it’s no throwaway line either.
All right to tell you how impressed with all were the work up removing and then returning the furniture and books from our library to enable you to be re-carpeted – an enormous task with numerous pieces of furniture, the computer laboratory and over 25,000 volumes books. I have to admit I shuddered at the prospect that I need not have worried.
Take a bow all view involved at Carnall. The organisation and administration and the performance of this job impressed all of us. General feeling was one of surprise and admiration that such a complex task is to be done to simply.
People know what to do, who are prepared and who are committing to satisfy others make things look easy. It was obvious through every contact we had with you.
I’d have thought that maybe you might want to know about satisfaction and our appreciation. Thank you very much for a job well done. Please pass on our appreciation to the men at the front line – it must never be forgotten that they are the ones who maintained the good impression.
