On behalf of Newcastle Permanent Building Society, I would like to thank you and your team for the assistance that you provided during our recent refurbishment of our Head Office building at 307 King Street Newcastle.
Prior to any physical move process, we found that your approach in helping us to develop appropriate move timetables, methodologies and control points was an immense help in enabling the moves to go smoothly. Your ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation with professionalism and patience should be clearly recognised and we thank you for this skill.
As you are aware, the project had a number of key dependencies, which included ensuring that we were able to continue to use the building during the renovation and construction phases and for staff to be operational first thing on the Monday morning after the Friday afternoon move You were required to work directly with our internal team as well as the building construction contractor. Without the professionalism and timeliness of your team our moves would have been made more difficult.
The timeliness of you and your team cannot be emphasised strongly enough, you were always there at the time you advised and this was critical in the success of the large number of moves that we undertook.
Again, I would like to thank you for a job well done and to wish you and the Carnall Removalist team all the success, as it well deserved.
